Apply Online
Active NowComplete the application at institute.genyragroup.com. Upload certified copies of KCSE certificate, national ID, and passport photo. No application fee.
Document Review
The Admissions Office verifies your qualifications within 5 working days and notifies you by email and SMS of your admission status.
Conditional Offer Letter
Successful applicants receive an offer letter with programme details, semester dates, and a full schedule of fees for the academic year.
Fee Payment
Pay via M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfer (Equity / KCB), or approved HELB loan disbursement. Flexible instalment plans available.
Virtual Orientation
Attend a mandatory online orientation. Receive your student portal login, digital ID card, timetable, and e-learning resources.
Begin Your Studies
Join your cohort, meet your assigned mentor, attend your first live class, and begin your journey towards a nationally recognised diploma.
